I need to configure this router for FASTWEB PROVIDER In Italy to access internet . Right now the quick setup provided with the router is not working for the vdsl2 connection and there is no firmware update available since a year.

hardware version is Archer VX1810v V1.0 00000000

firmware version installed: 0.10.0 2.0.0 v606c.0 build 221202 rel. 37680n

I bought the router last year January 2024 and now the router is not working , cannot access the Internet using the Fastweb provider.

please help

Hi, welcome to our community.

As Archer VX1810v is a customized model for some ISPs only, it is a pity that we can know much less than common DSL modem routers.

For your situation, it is more suggested to contact your ISP to ask for firmware if they provided you with the product or contact local technical support for some help.
