Issue with LTE Profile Switching on TP-Link Archer 500 After Reboot
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my TP-Link Archer 500 LTE modem. After a reboot, the device does not always select the correct LTE profile associated with the SIM card inserted. Instead, it sometimes switches to a different LTE profile, which causes the connection to fail.
Unfortunately, it seems there is no option to delete the unused profiles, ensuring the modem always uses the correct one.
Perhaps you please can advise on:
- Whether there is a way to delete or lock the modem to a single LTE profile.
- If this issue is a known bug, whether a firmware update or another solution is available.
- Any possible workarounds to ensure the modem selects the correct profile after a reboot.
This issue has occurred with previous firmware versions as well. I have already updated the device to the latest firmware version, including the most recent ISP Upgrade update, but the problem persists.
Thank you for your support. I look forward to your guidance on resolving this issue.
Best regards,
