every now and then the main deco disappears
In recent months I have regularly noticed that the main deco occasionally has no connection. I have reset everything and tried restarting several times, but nothing helps?

Does the Deco network run as wireless router mode or AP mode?
It is sincerely suggested to follow troubleshooting steps in the guide:The Main Deco network is unstable or loses internet suddenly.
Please share the detailed result and your network topology if you need further help.

@Marvin_S only AP mode the modem/router of the isp (Ziggo) have good internet there are no packets los when I only have the laptop to the modem/router
I have that already tested when it happens the green light of the deco stays on.

1. How does the internet restore when the internet drops on the Deco?
2. Did you connect the laptop to your ISP modem/router wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? It is suggested to connect laptop to your ISP modem/router directly via Ethernet cable to check internet access when the problem happens.
3. Please change AP mode into wireless router mode on Deco app for a try.
4. And please change Ethernet cable/Ethernet ports between your ISP modem/router and the Deco for a try.

I tested with the laptop to router with cable it works all time.
The internet restore its selfe.
I have not try the router mode on the deco I will try that.
And u have already change cable and other ports from the modem/router from the isp.
Ps with the older app (3.7.75) it's quicker to restore come back the deco's

Hi, thanks for your update.
When the app shows the error information, how about the client devices connected to the Deco network? Can they work properly actaully?
According to your description, it seems that the Deco network works properly actually. Only the Deco app shows abnormally.
So it is suggested to share us the app log using the email address you registered on the community(referring to this thread).
BTW, what is your current Deco app version?
