One mesh vs easy mesh
I have just bought an ax5400 to replace my bt home hub and create a mesh. My network extenders added easily onto the easy mesh but I can’t seem to add my 2 x c6 routers, which are normally on lan-wan cables from the main router, to the mesh. Is it possible to do this? Is there a conflict here between one mesh and easy mesh forward/backward comparability?

Hi @Stavros1701,
Please see the easymesh compatible list: https://www.tp-link.com/uk/easymesh/product-list/#wi-fi-routers
Not all hardware versions of Archer C6 support easymesh. Please confirm whether the hardware version of your Archer C6 is V4?

@Joseph-TP the label states ver:3.2. Is that the hardware version?

Hi @Stavros1701,
Yes, Archer C6V3.2 is not an easymesh compatible router. If the Archer C6 is a new router, you can consider returning it or exchanging it for an easymesh compatible router from the retailer.
