Hi

I have a book mark in Google Chrome to access my  Router.

Today after a power cut , I get an error message

This site cannot be reached

192.168.1.1 refused to connect

However my internet via LAN and WiFi is still ok

I have checked the firewall

I have cleared the Chrome cache

I have powered down the router

I have checked the rules in Windows defender and McAfee

But I am still unable to log in

Any ideas please

Thank you

Before I waste anyone's time , I have done a hard reset , which I was reluctant to do , but the issue is fixed. Sadly all my settings have returned to default

  @Buffy330

Hi, thanks for sharing question here.

Maybe next time, you may try to log into the web UI via another web broswer for a comparison.
