Thanks for the reply. 

 

Have checked and there seems to be some discrepancies in the version numbers shown for my satellite BE805 device.

 

On the overall system page, it shows that they are the same version.

 

 

But when I go deeper into the specific version of the satellite device, it shows the old version number as seen below at the bottom.

 

When i go to the web interface, it also shows the older version number, with the update arrow greyed out.

 

 

This presents three questions:

1. Is it normal for it to show discrepancies in the version number between different pages?

2. How do i go about updating the version of just the satellite device when the update arrow is greyed out?

3. Is it normal for just the main device to be updated, leaving the satellite device with the older version?

  @Kevin_Z Good day to you, After push this firmware update, my router malfunctioned so many times and need manually reset by power-off and power-on again at device. Its symptoms like non-responsive to any device, wifi ssid appears but is unable to connect, and all devices connected via cable are also not responsive. I tried to check and reboot on the Tether app but during facing a problem but unable to find the device on the app due to its non-responsiveness.

 
I would like to downgrade my router firmware to version 1.0.11 as per firmware provided on Malaysia tp-link site. but unable to perform it due to error message appear as upload error (refer from attached file).
 
I tried to reset factory default and proceed with new config, after a few hour or sometimes few days the issue came back again.
