Hello. At home I have a mesh wifi network, several Deco E4 and M4. I have different brands of smartphones such as Huawei, Oppo, Motorola. They all work well in wifi calling. I recently bought Samsung S20 FE 5G, Samsung A54 and Samsung S23. All Samsung phones have a problem with wifi calling. The function works for a few minutes and then hangs. You can neither call nor get through. I changed parameters in Deco such as: advanced: fast roaming - OFF, sip alg - OFF, upnp - OFF. It did not help. It also does not work when it is ON. I have no strength. What else can I change? I do not know English - translator.

I have the latest firmware installed in DECO

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

As the problems seems strange, we need to collect log of your Deco app for further research.

Please refer to the guide to collect system log of Deco App and send us. (It is suggested to put in same email address that you used to register this community, so that we can find your log info more quickly.)

BTW, can you share the screenshot of the WiFi calling settings on either phone of your Samsung devices?
