Hi,
I have deco M4 series (6 units) and for some reason, my phone can only connect when i set its connection preferences to use 2.4 GHz.

as soon as i set it to 5ghz or auto its gets disconnected.

any idea why ?

Do you have your Decos from different geographical region than your phone? That may explain.
