Model: Deco
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.6.1 and 1.6.2

Hello,

I have an mesh network of 5 Deco M4R, 2 with 1.6.1 firmware and 3 with 1.6.2, and since July this year (2024) WiFi calling is not working properly. I can make calls using WiFi calling (we do not have GSM signal at home, where the mesh is setup), however cannot receive any calls from outside. The mesh is running as acces point, if I activate the main router (from the ISP provider), WiFi calling is running, however trough the Deco mesh I cannot receive any calls.

From the 3 main GSM providers in my country (Romania) if someone with the Orange network comes to my home, they can make/receive calls trough Wifi calling using the Deco mesh, however on Vodafone and DIGI they cannot (neither us as we have Vodafone network). The mesh is running under 2.4 Ghz.

My best regards

Radu Ignatescu

Hi,

Please change the MTU Size to a smaller value.

After you make the change, you can reboot the Deco to make sure the new settings take effect.
