Firmware Version:

I bought this new Archer C24 router to replace my old Dlink router.

All my devices are able to connect, except for my laptop. And the funny thing is, when i enable Guest Wifi, the laptop can connect. The secured network, both 2.4G and 5G, that facing difficulty to connect.

May i check if anyone have the same experience?

Make sure that you're with the latest FW on your Archer C24.

Try deleting those two networks on your laptop and add them agan. Then check if there's any improvement.

If this issue has been observed only with this device then probably you should look into its network adapter settings/properties, outdated drivers, etc.

If afer all, you can't pinpoint the problem you could always contact your local support for further assistance.
