Cannot connect guest network
I cannot connect guest network while can connect the main network. It is happening on several devices same issue
How can I resolve

Hi, is there any error message when you failed to connect to the guest network?
Or actually, you are connected but no internet service?
If it is the second one, did you have any customized DNS server under Deco APP>More>advanced>DHCP server?

It is not connecting at all always trying to connect.
I did not changE any settings.
I would appreciate if someone in your local help desk visit and fix the issue.

1. test whether you could connect if the security type is none for the guest network.
2. test other mobile clients to see if all of them have the same issue.
