sorry for AI translating

I have connected the BE85 router to an internet line as well as to another internal router. This internal router hosts multiple internal LAN segments. The internal router is configured to use the BE85 as its default gateway.

Additionally, the BE85 has static routes set up to reach internal LAN segments through the internal router as the gateway. However, segments under the internal router cannot connect to the internet. From these segments, I am able to ping the IP address of the BE85's WAN interface.

Furthermore, by toggling the "Ignore Ping from WAN Side" option in the IPv4 settings on the configuration mobile app, I am able to establish internet connectivity only while toggling this setting on and off. When I connect a PC directly to a segment under the BE85, internet access works without any issues.

Could someone please assist with this issue?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have a picture of your current network topology, such as?

Are you able to consistently reproduce this issue "by toggling the "Ignore Ping from WAN Side" option on/off, these multi-lan subnet devices are able to establish internet connectivity"?

Furthermore, can you also share the Static Routes rules on the Deco APP?

Thank you very much and best regards.
