Hi Guys,

 

  I just purchased 4pcs of the DECO BE85 and have them set up as follows:

Main router connected directly to my ISP router (2.5 GB / DHCP). 

Kitchen AP connects via WiFi mesh

Office AP is connected via LAN Cable

Bedroom AP is also connected via LAN cable

 

At the start everything was working fine with great speeds and stability.

 

In the last few days if noticed that almost every hour all of the routers LED indicators turn RED for about 1-2 mins and I lose internet connection. After a min or two they turn back to green by themselves and everything starts working again.

 

Can anyone please let me know how I can resolve this issue? It's particularly troubling when I'm in the middle of a work online meeting and then lose connection and get disconnected.

Hi, Did the satellite Bedroom AP and Office AP connect to the main BE85 directly to its Ethernet ports, with no switch in the middle?

 

It is suggested to replace a new Ethernet cable to connect the main BE85 to the ISP router first.

Moreover, the latest firmware for Deco BE85_V2 is 1.0.22. Please also go to Deco APP>More>System>Update Deco to update the firmware first.

 

By the way, May I know who your internet service provider is? How about the IPV4 internet connection type on the BE85?

If possible, please try to send a copy of the web UI system log (Deco web interface login) to support.forum@tp-link.com.
