High ping to gateway on AX10
I got a tp link archer ax10 today and was playing around with it, I noticed that the ping to the gateway (192.168.0.1) was extremely high being around 400-1000ms. I tried changing the 5ghz channel to 44 and it seems to have softened it a bit such that the ping is around 2ms to 10ms for a bit then it becomes 200-300ms for a bit. Does anyone know what the issue could be, is it a bug in the firmware version? Could someone please give me an insight into what could be happening? Thank you

Hi,
According to your description, it seems like there might be a bit of interference on the 2.4GHz band in your home, which may cause the high ping on the 2.4G.
You can check if there are many IoT devices, Bluetooth devices, microwaves, or other appliances. As they all operate on the 2.4GHz band and can cause interference.

Hi,
Please change the DNS address to google DNS.
And also test if the wired devices have the same issue.
If the issue still exists, please provide the screenshot of the ping result.

Hi, I tried changing the dns to google dns but it didn't help fix the issue. The issue only persists when in 5ghz mode, the issue doesn't exist when using 2.4ghz or wired mode.

@Sunshine it seems the forum doesn't allow me to upload images so I'll have to remove dots from the link.
