Hi, Thank you for the feedback.
Were you trying to say when s24 ultra tried to connect 6GHz of BE65, The Deco would automatically restart itself so you had to connect s24 ultra to 5GHz band?
If yes, were you able to constantly reproduce this issue?
Wait for your reply and best regards.
Update:
For the randomly restarting issue after Samsung S24 Ultra connects to Deco BE85, please try to install the beta firmware:
Deco BE85 V1/V2 | 1.0.20_build_20240701_Beta (updated date-2024.9.13) |
Please leave me a message if the beta firmware doesn't help.
Thank you very much and best regards.

@David-TP If you need more context, here it is. I have both Deco XE200 and Deco BE85. The Deco XE200 is upstairs, and the Deco BE85 is downstairs. So whenever I'm upstairs connected to the Deco XE200 and then go downstairs where the BE85 is, when the S24 Ultra connects to the BE85, it shuts down and restarts. Every time I do it, it shuts down and restarts.

Thank you very much for the update. I have reported the feedback to the engineers and continue monitoring for any similar feedback.
(If you haven't sent out the Deco BE85, please leave me a message and the engineer would love to provide further assistance.)
Best regards.

@David-TP Hello David, I returned the BE85 and ordered the BE95 instead, and it's doing the same thing. Fresh setup and everything. I also reset my XE200, and the issue of the crashing/rebooting Deco BE95 persists.

@David-TP I noticed that when I am at the edge of the signal of two Decos, it aggressively switches back and forth very quickly, and then the main Deco, which is the BE95, crashes or reboots immediately. It only happens on 6 GHz, not 5 and 2.4 GHz.
