When I have problems with my internet, I sometimes want to access the Deco (which I usually do through the mobile app), and change the settings. 
For example, I might like to change my internet provider. 
But when the Internet connection is down, I cannot access the Deco at all - so I cannot change the Internet connection settings.
I don't want to reset the deco every time this happens and configure everything.

How can I access my deco when internet is down (BTW, I can still have internet on my mobile \ computer from other provider) ?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Deco doesn't support web UI configuration yet so the modification needs to be done via Deco APP.

Deco APP also supports local login which means you should be able to access the mobile APP when the internet service is down.

If you can't, please disconnect and reconnect the mobile phone to Deco WiFi, and turn off the mobile data and VPN on the phone if they are enabled.
