Good afternoon.  I have been reading the previous thread about this isue.  Nobody came with a solution.  Thread has been closed.

I have a MR600 with the same problem.  Its in a remote location and powered by solar panels and battery deep cycle.  To avoid draining the battery I installed a timer.  In the night the MR600 is switched off.  For the second time I had to fly to France, again the complete programming was gone, back to factory setting.  Why is this happening ??  Please help !!!

  @Amtsop  I am going to reply to my own post.  I have been spending some hours reading on this forum about the problems a lot of people have with the Auto Reset Issue of the MR-600.  Nobody came with a solution.  I am sure the problem happens when it is switching off and on after several hours.  Could it have a memory backup battery like a CR 2032, what looses its voltage ?  I had similar problems with other equipment loosen its programming due to memory back up battery low on voltage.  Did anybody check this ??

How often will the MR600 auto reset?

Have you tested plugging it into a stable wall outlet and testing if the auto reset occurs?

  @Amtsop  Thanks for your reply, the full reset happens frequently after switching off and on.  The MR-600 is at a remote location.  Powered bij solar panels and a battery for storage.  A timer controls the on and off times of the Mifi MR-600 and other equipment.  Every day it is on from 1 PM till 6 PM.  It works well fo a few days, maximal a week and then suddenly the complete programming is gone.  I have to fly again from the Netherlands to France to reprogram the RM-600.  I contacted by phone customer support, but they cannot help me with this issue.   I have been reading on this forum,  I am not the only person with this problem.  But nobody came with a solution.
