Unstable Connection with TP-Link Archer AX73 – Seeking Advice
Hello TP-Link community,
I recently upgraded to the TP-Link Archer AX73, and while the Wi-Fi 6 performance is fantastic most of the time, I've been facing intermittent connection drops during heavy usage (e.g., streaming 4K videos or online gaming). The router is running the latest firmware, and I have tried rebooting, changing channels, and adjusting QoS settings, but the issue persists.
Here are the details of my setup:
- ISP Speed: 500 Mbps Fiber
- Connected Devices: 12 (laptops, smartphones, smart home devices)
- Environment: Medium-sized home, router placed centrally
- Issue Occurrence: Mostly during peak usage hours
I would appreciate any suggestions or tips on how to resolve this issue, whether through further configuration changes or any specific settings for the AX73. Is it possible that the connection drops could be due to interference, or should I look into mesh networking as a potential solution?
Thanks in advance for your assistance!
