Model: Archer C64
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.13.2 Build 230824 Rel.74702n(5553)

I use C64 with 20Mbps internet connection and cache server with 100Mbps... All my device are under wifi and Lan port, getting only 8Mbps speed... I tried to give firmware from website but there is no improve... It's not under warranty and I bought it more 1 year and 6-7 months.

Is there anyone who can help me? or TP-link router is a scam? it lasts only 1 or 2 year?

Update the C64 firmware form here to v1.13.15 and check your WAN port negotiated speed here:

If negotiated speed is not correct the problem could be the ethernet cable that connects to C64 WAN (Internet) port - chang it with a new one.

@terziyski Thank you for getting my back.

Your marked Item in my router showing 1000Mbps/ Full duplex but the PC connected one shows 10Mbps/Half duplex.

I changed the cable cat5e and cat6... all are same...

Again with the same cable and everything, when I connect with my laptop... The speed is perfect... all are 1000Mbps/Full duplex... For this reason I install windows 3 time in Desktop PC. But the problem was same...

Now I will download the latest driver... I hope it will fix...

Try manually setting the speed of the Internet port connection:

If that doesn't work as well set it back to "Auto" - the issue could be due to an outdated Windows driver of your desktop PC network card - try to update driver version and test again.

Everything was same... I just start the PC and it was showing 10 Mbps again... Then I plug out from router and plugged in, And It's getting full speed. If I now restart my PC then it will show 10Mbps Half duplex again...

Can you tell me is it still my PC issue? or something else? I'm feeling mad with this problem

I can't tell for sure, but it could be either a desktop PC network card driver issue or network card settings.

Check your network card model and update with the latest Windows drivers from the manufacturer support website.

Check network card advanced options (for example):

If you still experience this issue it would be best to contact your local support to be advised further.
