Firmware Version: 1.5.3

Hi

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Had a network with three x20's and all was good. Moved to a bigger house and dead spaces started to appear as well as satelite communication issues given the distances.

So, went out and bought a pair of X20s. Setup a new network with an X60 is the main device connected to the modem. System is setup in Router mode with 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz enabled.

Setup went well, all satelites joined the new network and for a few hours all was good. However, the older X20s started dropping off and the only way to have them rejion was to power them off and on again.

Firmware for the X20s is 1.5.3 and for the X60s is 1.2.9.

Please help me ensure a stable connected network.

Many thanks

Graham

Hi,

Will all 3*Deco X20 units drop? Are they connect via WIFI?

If only certain unit have this issue, please replace it closer to the main Deco and test if it can stably connect.

Or you can also exchange it with another satellite Deco and check it is the location that affects.
