Archer NX200 external antenna

Does someone knows which bands are supported for external antennas for this modem Archer NX200?
Cannot find in anywhere.
Thanks.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
It should be the same as Deco X50-5G and the supported bands for external antennas are N1/N3/N5/N7/N8/N20/N28/N38/N40/N41/N77/N78(700MHz~2690MHz & 3300MHz~4200MHz).
Best regards.

Hello experts,
I read online that the TP-Link antenna (TL0ANT2408CL) is only for 2.4 GHz wireless rather than for mobile 3G/4G LTE/5G networks. Mobile networks operate on different frequencies, and the TP-Link external antenna is not designed for mobile networks. Can anyone here explain this to me? Or IF the TP-Link external antenna is not meant for mobile networks. What kind of mobile antenna I can use?
Thanks.

If I configure my NX200 to use external antenna it does not work. Received signal is unchanged. Signal level from 5G is neauly notbusable so my router connect in frequency band B20 with received level -114dBm. I need more signal so external antenna is necessary, problem is that router does not switch to external antenne. Suggestion

@Jacobsen I have 2x mimo panel antenna, working on B3 and B20 (1800+700mhz LTE) and working. Without external antenna option I have 100-110dbi, with this option around 85dbi

I second your feedback, I have exactly the same case, with or without the antena the signal strength is the same, based on the physical router location.
I tested extreme case, placed the nx200 into a metal case, with external antena attached - there was no signal available at all
Another observation, there's only one way of switching to external antenas - via the web interface
if I connect using tplink tether app, there is no option available (there is for instance "data roaming" option, but no "external antena"), why?
I use Poynting XPOL-2-5G, can you please share your antenas?
There's also another thread:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/719368?replyId=1468382
with a very interesting observation:
"Sure, it's a Poynting XPOL-2-5G I got from Amazon: https://amzn.to/4fWqMmK
I should also mention that after changing to the Deco router and it's different chipset my signal strength has gone from 3 bars (on the Archer X200) to 5 full bars:"
I'd like someone from TPLINK support to comment on above statement, does the chipset difference impact antena compatibility?

Hi, Thanks for the message.
For the Deco routers here, I think it might refer to the Deco X50-5G.
Their 5G module chipsets are different, but I don't think that would be the reason why the extra antennas didn't work on the Archer NX200. Personally, I tend to think it is more related to the nearby SIM carrier's 5G station.
If you'd like to spend a little more time, I can follow up on your case and ask the senior engineer for further suggestions.
Best regards.
