The bedtime feature of the parental controls has stopped working. Devices on that profile can still access the internet.
Hi, thanks for posting question here.
1. Most mobile devices have randomized mac addresses enabled by default. Please check the current mac address of the client device and disable randomized mac address.
2. You could also check if the client device is using VPN to avoid the parental control, If so, disable VPN for testing.
3. Ensure the router system time is correct on Advanced > System Tools > Time Settings page
4. Ensure the configuration is correct by following the guide.
