The Parental control is not working. The tether App is not able to block the traffic from a specified device.

I was about to buy the Tether app to have full functionality. Can you investigate ?

IS there an update for this particular device ?

Archer AX72 Pro v1.0

Firmware Version:

1.3.1 Build 20240426 rel.40133(4555)

The firmware is up to date and it cannot be downgraded anymore. Why did you enforced this ?

I hope someone from the TP Link team to see this. Or is there any setting that must be done before blocking a device ?
