Q&A

1. How to switch Archer NX200/NX600 to EWAN mode

Please log into the web interface of NX200/NX600 and go to Advanced -> Network ->Internet.
Make sure that the Default Gateway is Auto, and then check the WAN Priority as EWAN.

 

2. Does Archer NX200 support WPA3 encryption?

Besides 64/128-bit WEP, WPA/WPA2 and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, both models also support WPA2-PSK[AES]+WPA3-Personal as security type.

 

3. What Network Mode can I choose when setting up Archer NX200/NX600?

It includes 5G/4G/3G, 5G only, 4G/3G, 4G only, and 3G.

 

 

4. Can Archer NX200 work as OpenVPN client?

No. They support IPSec VPN or working as PPTP VPN Server/OpenVPN Server. You may refer to this guide for configuration.

 

5. How to install LTE external antennas on Archer NX200/NX600

You may refer to this guide for installation.

Note: Tether app does not support to enable External Antenna.

Hi I buy tp link archer nx 200 5G V1 EU but im unable to connect to internet in my country i from iran i also have TP link archer mr600 4G but it works i need help

Hi, may I confirm some information to understand your situation better?

1. Where did you purchase the NX200 router and where you want to use this router?

2. As your Archer MR600 works, if you take out SIM card out of MR600 and put it into NX200, can you get internet from NX200?

3. Does the SIM card you want to use is for 5G and who is the ISP?

4. It is suggested to follow this troubleshooting guide to check on your NX200.
