Firmware Version: 1.4.1 build 20231122 rel 40485

I am using android 16 (UI 6.0)

I have a paid subscription for homeshield and have noticed that it no longer recording the time used or apps/websites visited for under my kids parent control.

Is there any way to fix this.

Moreover, a new 1.5.1 firmware was released for Deco X55_V1 a few days ago.

It is also suggested to install the latest 1.5.1 version to see whether it helped:

I have updated the firmware on my decoX55 to 1.5.1 but I still get no information about my childrens activty/time online. I have also used an APP log as you asked thanks Garry
