HomeShield says it is not activated on new phone

I have just switched phone and logged in to the Deco app with the same user and can see all my devices and see that I'm a HomeShield Security+ subscriber.
But when it is doing its scan it tells me that my network is not secured by HomeShield. I get the option to enable the features, but it fails. If I look at my old phone, the features are enabled.
