Hello

I've recently installed windows 11 on a new drive I got but got stuck on the internet connection screen with no WiFi or Ethernet connections available even though the networks clearly work.

Microsoft suggests upgrading the WiFi drivers but I can't find my model in the download center at all

Would appreciate the help.

Hi, it sounds like you are trying to update the driver of your wireless adapter, instead of the modem. You could try contacting the manufacturer of the wireless adapter.
