Hallo, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Modem-Router. Downloadgeschwindigkeit und Ping ist gut, jedoch habe ich 5-6% Paketverlust. Ich habe nun 6 verschiedene Router getestet und mich für diesen hier entschieden. Leider ist mir vorher nicht aufgefallen, dass ich nur bei dem TP-Link-Router diesen Paketverlust habe. Ich habe heute nochmal Speedport und Fritzbox getestet. Dort ist 0% Paketverlust.

Hi, the issue happens on wired or wireless connections? and did you ping an external IP address or the VR2100v LAN IP address during test?

Please also let us know the specific firmware version of your VR2100v V1.
