AX73 V1 rebooting randomly every 12 hours
Hey,
around 14 days ago my router started randomly rebooting, first I found this thread https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/633288.
I thought it was caused by this, downloaded the beta version of firmware, didn't help, random rebooting persisted, I went and changed my whole network not to use EasyMesh and it keeps randomly rebooting so I am assuming it's not this problem.
I really require this to work, my livelihood depends on my internet connection, this is not acceptable from such a pricey device.
May I get some help? I know there are debug versions of the firmwares, could I get one and send back the logs from the router from when the reboots happen so the issue can get fixed?
I am using the provided adapter that came with the router.
Thanks,
Arisa

Hardware Version: Archer AX73 v1.0
Firmware Version: 1.3.5 Build 20230919 rel.12938(4555)
I have the same problem! My range extender is a RE705X. My system log says: "2024-02-24 12:49:44 3G4G DEBUG [1573] backup: switch network to WIRED." and results i a reboot. I have not dared to try the beta-version build 20231213 since we are dependent on an internet connection for our work (and according to the previous post it does not solve the problem). The router restarts one to three times each day which is extremely annoying when it happens in job meetings.

The beta firmware really worth a try, previously there are already several users testing the beta firmware and confirming the issue resolved, such as this post: Archer AX73 randomly reboots after adding OneMesh device
