Hello,

 

In my Archer VR300 Modem the DSL disconnect for no reason and after the first disconnection it keeps disconnecting cutting the service off until I do a factory reset or reenter the internet service credentials and save. By doing so it will work for a while then goes back to the same issue.

 

Can anyone please tell me what should I do?

Hi, do you mean the DSL light will turn off or blinking when the issue happens? You may try the following troubleshooting

    1. Please confirm the DSL connection is stable on another DSL modem router.

    2. Remove the DSL Splitter.

    3. Unplug/Plug back the DSL cable into TP-Link DSL Modem router.

    4. Make sure the firmware is up-to-date via https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1756/
