@Sunshine  I installed firmware 1.7.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 231122 Rel.61263n_Beta and my problem disappeared.

The MR500(EU)_V1_1.6.0 Build 231016 firmware is now available on the website. Will it also work stably?

As a continuation to my previous report in reply #15 (my MR500 is still running the 1.7.0 beta), after a pause while the router wasn't used, it has now failed and is stuck at "connecting" after about 20 days of uptime and working fine.

It was manually set to specific bands (3 and 28 - the better ones my provider uses in the area) and it is showing to be connected to just either 3 or 28 while broken (but no LTE+/CA though).

Switching the bands back to auto still looks like it has no effect - but the modem part appears to remain connected to the network and it's switching between the available bands or displays No Service if i manually select a band my operator doesn't use.

When searching for the bands for manual selection while broken, the router doesn't show the operator name next to any of the bands (the way it does when it's working properly).

I got an error while trying to attach the log file so I'm including it below (the save log feature appears to only save some "pages" of the log, not all 40 of them). The failure itself occured hours ago anyway and that timeframe is no longer present in the available log.

I'll keep it in this broken state for a few days since it isn't my main (or even backup) connection in case I can help with additional information from the device that I haven't yet included.

Name: Orange Mobile Internet
APN: orangeworld
Username: orange
Password: orange
The one it detects by default didn't work properly for me. Best regards

Hi. Due to the internet disconnection problems I have randomly with the MR550 router, I tried to install the beta firmware discussed in this thread. But by mistake, I installed the one corresponding to the MR500. I read in the thread that both share firmware. The router works with the random disconnection problems that occur in other users that have reported. But I would like to be able to go to the firmware of my model and I can neither go to the beta nor downgrade to the official one. Can you help me?

  @Sunshine I have also expereinced this problem on my Archer M500v1, although the issue only affected connections to two Windows 10 laptops, where it showed the netwrok connection, but no internet.  Despite this there was actually an internet connection available to the web browser, although my personal Microsft account could not login, but Microsoft business accounts could log in. The internet connection would periodically be enabled and disabled seemingly at random intervals.   Two android phones and a Samsung smart TV connected without any issue.

Ihave now applied the Beta firmware update Archer_MR500(EU)_V1_1.7.0_Build_20231122 and so far all seems to be working OK.  I will monitor over the next few days.
