Not connection wireless

Hi, could you please provide more details about the issue? are you able to connect the TP-Link WiFi with default wireless password?
If the password is incorrect and you are unable to connect the WiFi at all, please reset the router to factory defaults by pressing reset button for about 10s until power LED starts flashing, however, if the WiFi is connected but no internet access, please share with us some screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page.
