Model: TL-MR100  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 00000001

The sim is working fine when directly inserted in phone (4G speed is also good)

 

But when inserted in the router, Quick setup is successful (including "Connection test" ) but "TP-Link Cloud Service" failing with error

 

"Oops... The Internet connection is not set up successfully.
1. Make sure all cables are properly connected.
2. Click Reconfig and verify that the Internet connection information is correct.
3. Contact our Technical Support if the problem still exists."

 

 

 

 

Also Im not able to browse internet on phone , it gives error "connected without internet"

But in my Macbook , it works perfectly and speed is also good.

Also my CCTV camera is not able to connect to internet via this router.

Also this TP link router firmware update is failing with error "no internet avaialble"

Hi, may I know who your ISP is? please go to Advanced->Network->Internet page to create a new APN profile, configure PDP Type to IPv4 only, then check if internet will work fine on all devices.

 

If there is still any problem, share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with the system log file.

I'm using newly bought Reliance Jio SIM

I tried your solution, but it is still not working, instead, after creating new profile with ur config,

Im losing the whole signal, like the 3 signal strength lights  in router is gone. The router is not able to detect the SIM.

However when I remove the sim and put on my phone it is working fine. but same SIM is not detected in router for few hours.

First time I recovered it somehow, second time it is not recovering, even after reset.
