I cannot access my device

I cannot access my device and control it. It asks me for the ID and password and I enter everything. I tried all the solutions and they did not work. I want your help or a support team to contact me.

If the device asks for ID and password that's probably your TP-Link ID and password.

If you don't know them you can use the local admin password:
