Need avoid send pppoe host unique this prevent my router connect to my isp, hopefully some one knows about this

Hi, may I know who your ISP is?

If you are unable to use PPPoE on the router to connect internet, please use a computer to connect your modem directly and test if the same PPPoE settings could connect successfully on your computer:

Hi, I'm from Mexico, my ISP is Telmex, thanks for the suggestion so I'll try setup pppoe on my pc and also I will try wireshark capture to try see more about what tp-link is sending, will share logs for you.
