Hi,

 

My Deco x20 has started beeping for no reason.

 

It is connected and working but randomly starts beeping.

 

I cannot find any info on why this may be occurring.

 

I have turned it off and back on. Reset it and nothing has worked.

 

Is there a particular reason this happens?? 

 

It's extremely loud and happens all through the night as well as the day.

Could you please help me record a video clip of the beeping noise? (You could send it to support.forum@tp-link.com)

It is also suggested to temporarily plug the Deco into another power socket to see where it made any difference.

By the way, may I know how long you have had the Deco?

  @David-TP this issue has just started for me today also everything seems to be working fine just random beep

Just got my devices today and set it up working fine but then the device connected to the router started randomly beeping.

When I checked your TP-link email ID, I noticed the model is Deco X20, instead of the Deco Voice X20 mentioned in the previous post.

Can I have the SN number on the Deco X20?

Is it possible that you could share a video clip/link of the noise on Deco X20?
