Deco AX3000 (X50) Can't Upgrade new device

Hello everyone,
I've receive new X50 V1 fresh. Unpack it, Configure it to my network
Device run smooth, speed good, no connecting problem, all seem ok but I try to upgrade the device for latest firmware is not working
Try with mobile app, try with web page, nothing work.
My version show is 1.0.11 Build 20220920 Rel. 78585 want to upgrade to 1.2.6 Build 20230518 Rel. 60781_US_EU_CA_JP
No error message come, device reboot normally after upgrade, the version show is always 1.0.11 after reboot
Try automatic upgrade or manualy upgrade with file: X50 1.0_en_1.2.6 Build 20230518 Rel. 60781_US_EU_CA_JP_up.bin nothing work
Power cycling device not working too
Note: my device is configured has AP mode, not in router mode.
Someone have trick for me ?
