Deco X90 Satellite Connection issues
I recently upgraded my Deco X90 system to firmware 1.2.2 and I've been having issues with connections between the main and satellite units ever since. I have 2 nodes in my system and I use wireless backhaul between them, with a distance of one floor between the units. They've been previously extremely stable with no issues. Since upgrading to 1.2.2 I've had trouble getting the units to connect to each other at the same distance they were before. I've factory reset the network a few times and have swapped which unit is the main one and which is the satellite but it hasn't improved things. I've currently had to move the satellite closer to the main unit to get any kind of stable connections between them, but this is not idea. Is this a known issue or couid someone help me diagnose what's going on here?

Above are the features of firmware 1.2.2 from the TP Link website.
New features look great but it appears that there are teething problems. I have not yet installed it. When there is a fix for the various issues, can some please post.

@mpaetsch I am also having the same issue, i have 1 wired satelite that works fine and the wireless wont connect unless it very close to the main. Same setup worked great for a long time untill i did the upgrade to 1.2.2

@Mayb14 I'm in Canada and same issue after updating to 1.2.2. I tried factory reset, swap router and satellite. The satellite can only connect to the router over 1 wall distance. I guess I'll have to wait for a new firmware or try to downgrade the firmware.

It looks like TP-Link removed firmware 1.2.2 from their website.

@Buff-man You're right. I see it when I view from my phone. I'm not sure why it looked different from a desktop browser.

@Engladian Exact same issue for me. I moved my satelight to the same office as the main one, and it seems to be staying solid green. Where I had it, the signal strenth showed Strong, and I'm about to move it back. I've tried resetting just the satellight a couple times, without any luck.
I have a number of reserved IP's addresses, I really don't want to reset everything in order to down grade. Might switch over to DD-WRT, if they don't come up with a good fix hopefully quick.
In Canada too, seems unusual for us to get anything first...
