Hola, estamos accediendo a la web de un router MR6400 y aparece mal formateada. Le hemos definido el puerto 8000 para acceder desde fuera. En concreto aparece de esta forma:

¿Puede ser que el puerto 8000 se esté usando por defecto para otra cosa?

Hi, are you using WAN IP address of the MR6400 to access it remotely? or using DDNS domain name?

If using WAN IP address:8000, please configure DDNS such as no-ip DDNS on the MR6400, then use the DDNS domain name: 8000 to access it to see if it works fine.

If the problem still exists, please help to confirm the following details:

1. Operation mode of your MR6400, 3G4G Router mode or Wireless Router mode

2. Is the WAN IP address displayed on the MR6400 status page a private IP or public IP address?

3. Screenshot of your DDNS settings page and remote management settings page

4. ISP, hardware and firmware version of your MR6400.

Hi and thanks @Sunshine , but there is something that I don't see it, because we are using the WAN IP:8000 to access the router, not DDNS, in fact we haven't configured anything in the DDNS part, so, is there any reason to use DDNS configuration to solve the problem?
