Buenas tardes,

 

Tengo mi red configurada y se ha actualizado la app o el firmware de mis Decos y no me deja acceder a ellos. La app me sale para configurao desde cero cuando lo que quiero es solo acceder. El principal problema es que no puedo resetearlo porque tengo ip reservadas para impresoras y me jodería bastante.

 

¿Cómo lo hago?

If so, it is suggested to follow this guide to troubleshoot: What can I do if the Deco app shows “Let's Begin” while Deco is working well?

Please share the Deco firmware. app version and the results of the steps above if you need further suggestions.
