Hi

 

i have a few client devices brought back from US to Europe that stopped working after latest optimization due to my deco chose channel 12 for 2,4 ghz

I read the numerous posts on why you won't enable static setting which makes sense, but please ask dev team to implement an avoid high channel radio button enabling us to kill channel 12-14

Hi, did it help if you run the "Network Optimization" once under Deco APP>More?

If not, could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com so that I could check with the engineers whether there is a workaround to avoid channels 12-13 on 2.4ghz?

  @David-TP issue appeared last time I ran a network optimization (channels changed from 6 to 12)
