I recently updated my device with the latest firmware version available on your site but ever since then I am not getting internet. The ip address is been shown as 0.0.0.0 for which I followed the guide which is already present on the forum which includes creating a new profile but nothing seems to be working. I have tried with changing sims too. Kindly help.

How pathetic your service has to be that even after so many days no one from your side is coming up to give an update? The issue stills persists but now shamelessly the replies have been dropped coming from your end.
