Solution Internet works fine via LTE Gateway Router but Tether App shows it offline when managed remotely
This Article Applies to:
TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers that support cloud management via Tether App
Issue Description/Phenomenon:
1. The LTE Gateway Router is connected to the internet and bound to your TP-Link ID for cloud management
2. All client devices connected to the LTE Gateway Router are able to access internet without any problem
3. You are able to manage the LTE Gateway Router locally via Tether App when connected to the LTE Gateway Router
4. When you are in a different network, Tether App shows the LTE Gateway Router offline, thus you are unable to manage the device remotely.
5. If you reboot the LTE Gateway Router, it would be online for several minutes on Tether App, but the same issue will appear again later even though internet still works fine
Available Solutions:
The following official firmware has already solved the problem, please update the firmware to the latest version:
For Archer MR600 (EU) V2: Archer MR600(EU)_V2_220826
For Archer MR600 (EU) V3: Archer_MR600(EU)_V3_220727
For TL-MR6400 (EU) V5.30: TL-MR6400(EU)_V5.30_221121
For TL-MR6400 (APAC) V5.30: TL-MR6400(APAC)_V5.30_221121
Notes: 1. Some of the above official firmware might not be available on official website yet because they are still in releasing process.
2. Please do verify the hardware version on the label of the device itself before updating the firmware, for example, if your device is V5.0 or V5.20, it will not work to install V5.30 firmware.
For Archer MR400 (EU) V4.0, please install the following beta firmware:

@Sunshine Hello, unfortunately BETA firmware didn't solved this problem for me on TP-Link Archer MR400 (V4.30). I can provide some additional technical details, e.g. traceroute to the TP-Link Cloud servers from this router or something like this if it helps. I've sent screenshots of this problem to your DMs.

Hi, the device never connects to the cloud successfully, right? will a reboot or factory reset solve the problem temporily?
If possible, please try a different SIM card to see if the issue still happens, if so, I would like to escalate your case to our senior engineer for debugging.

Yes
Reboot and factory resed didn't solved the problem unfortunately. I've also tried another SIM card, it also didn't helped.
