I have bought recently a new WiFi router Archer AX20 and the Internet light is permanently showing red.
I have tried a hard reset, take off the Etherley cable, reboot the router and the modem and yet the "Internet" led colour is showing red.
Can anyone please help?

If the internet light on the router is showing red, that means it is not connected to the internet via your modem.
Make sure you do have internet access when connecting a computer directly to the modem, then go through this FAQ to check the settings on the AX20 and make sure you got all correct.
