Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Ac 1200

My connection to internet is off and there's a red light at Internet led. I tried to turn it off and on several times but it didn't work.

 Tried also to reset the device, but the red light is still there.

 What am I supposed to do?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

The internet LED is red, which is normal, if you there is no internet access from modem or front-end device.

If you want to stop accessing internet from your ISP, please unplug the Ethernet cable from the router's WAN port, then the Internet LED will be off.

If you want to stop accessing internet from your ISP, please unplug the Ethernet cable from the router's WAN port, then the Internet LED will be off.
