Model: Archer VR300
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.8.0 v00a2.0 Build 210827 Rel.70593n

I'm using the device as a Modem + Router (connected to the wall with a phone cable). After setting up the device I checked the internet connection speed with speedtest.net and rather than getting the 100MBPS my ISP is providing my download speed is only 3MBPS. I connected my old router (another TP-Link, TD9970) and the connection speed seems to be fine. Any idea on what can cause the issue before I return the router to the store?

  @NateMe

Hi, here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Please check the current DSL upstream and downstream rates under web UI>Advanced>Status>DSL statuc and check whether they are near 100m/s.

2. change the wireless channel and channel widths, like channel 11 and channel width 40mhz for 2.4ghz; channel 48 and channel width 80mhz for 5ghz.
