Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 build 210601 rel. 32393n

Hello,

I have been having an issue with my router since yesterday. I can't connect to the internet using my router but when I put the sim card in my phone, the internet works just fine so there's no issue with the sim card nor the signal. I have tried resetting the device but it didn't fix the issue. What I notice is, after resetting I didn't put the sim card and the LED indicating the internet was not on. It's been like that since I first had the problem. When I visited tplinkmodem.net (after resetting), there was a notice to put the sim card, so I did, then it detect the sim card but the internet LED still not on. I'm not sure what's wrong and where is the issue with my device. Can someone please help me?

Hi, may I know who your SIM card carrier is? and when you insert the SIM card into your phone, please enable phone hotspot to see if other devices could get internet access from the phone hotspot as well.

If so, please login the tplinkmodem.net page again when connected to MR100, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page along with system log file.
