Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.0.20

I have a TL-MR6400 wifi modem hardware version 2.

Firmavare has been updated to the latest 1.0.20 Build 200619 RC.53475n.

I now have a new windows 11 laptop and the modem is very slow to route web browser pages

I was told to optimize the MTU size, but I can't find that in the modem settings.

My modem does not have the same menus as in the downloadable user manual for the product.

Can anyone help me how to change the MTU size or what other setting could be wrong and slow down the internet traffic?

Hi, the MTU size menu mentioned in the user guide is for wireless router mode, it seems you are using 3G/4G Router mode, and we are unable to change MTU manually under 3G/4G Router mode.

Besides, may I know if the issue only happens on the Windows 11 computer? is it connected to MR6400 via wired connection or via WiFi? what is the speedtest results if you run speedtest on the computer?

In addition, is there any similar issue on your other client devices?
