My Archer VR2800 suddenly stopped DHCPing to my MAC (all other machines worked fine). I thought it was my MAC until WIFI also failed on the MAC ( 2 days later). Turning Archer off and on again did not resolve the issue. However, a factory reboot did.

 

Weird how only one device on my network was affected!

Have you tested the MAC with a different network?

Maybe you can try to update the software on the MAC first.

  @Heidi_Alp not the mac. The culprits was the tplink. As stated once hard rest all came good, and has been ever since. Archer was the guilty party.
