Model: M7650
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.1.9 Build 220418 Rel. 1027n

I just bought the device and it would be working great if it didn't lose connection so frequently.

When it happens, device is connected with Wi-Fi to the device, but the download rate goes to 0.0 K/s and after some seconds also Wi-Fi gets disconnected.

I've tried to follow advice from other similar tp link devices that have the same issue, but it still happens.

thank you for your support

  @Giocher

Hi, may I know how often it happens? and could you please connect a Windows computer to the M7650 via USB cable to test if internet work stably via USB connection?

If USB connection experience the same disconnecting issue, after the problem happens and recovers automatically, please save a system log file on Advanced->Device->System Log page(don't reboot the device, or the previous logs will be cleared)

In addition, may I know who the ISP is? and did you test any different SIM card?

  @Sunshine hello! I've tried what you suggested and the connection (first the 4g then the usb connection with the device) went down again.

I've tried both Wi-Fi and USB connection and it seems Mifi is working good as long as I don't connect to work VPN.

here is the log:

 I forgot to mention that provider is TIM and no issue with the SIM occurs when trying it with other devices.

I also confirm after trying all day that the issue is with the VPN. Device works greatly, but whenever I connect with VPN, first 4g and then WiFi connections get lost.

thanks again for your support
